AARK Mould Engineering was established in Shenzhen, Guangdong, China, in 2006. Over the years, we have grown from a small manufacturing company into an experienced and trusted partner in plastic injection mold making and molding. Today, our facility covers around 2,000 square meters, where our team works together to provide reliable mold and molding solutions for customers around the world. We have invested in advanced processing equipment, molding machines, and precision measurement systems imported from Japan and Europe. These facilities, together with our experienced technical team and quality-control process, help us maintain consistent quality and deliver dependable products and services. AARK is certified to ISO 9001:2018 and also holds UL certification. Our main strength is mold export, particularly to customers in North America and Europe, which accounts for around 80% of our business. We also support both low- and high-volume plastic production for a variety of industries, including consumer electronics, power tools, automotive, home appliances, outdoor products, medical equipment, toys, and mechanical components. Over the years, we have developed experience in several advanced manufacturing processes, including low-pressure foaming injection, gas-assisted injection, blow molding, and CNC machining of metal components. To provide a more complete service to our customers, we also work with trusted partner factories for secondary processes such as assembly, silk-screen printing, painting, plating, and pad printing.
