FYID-Feiyide PT40 with FXT20 Water-Cooled Tube-to-Tubesheet TIG Welding System
PT40 is paired with the FXT20 power source for autogenous TIG welding of flush tube ends to tubesheets. Tube diameter 10–38 mm and wall thickness 0.5–2 mm. The PT40 head comes standard with water cooling; the FXT20 power source is air-cooled. Single-phase 220 V ±10%, 50/60 Hz, power-source output 5–200 A. PT40 does not use filler wire or AVC and is not for protruding tube ends. Head suspension or a support bracket is selected according to the workpiece and tube size. Suitable for heat-exchanger and boiler tube-to-tubesheet fabrication; actual joint suitability is confirmed from the drawing and sample. FYID-Feiyide FXT20 Pro-U U12 U16 U21 U25 U-Tube Orbital TIG Welding System
Pulsed TIG system for welding stainless-steel heat-exchanger U-tubes to straight tubes. Current head models: U12/U16/U21/U25, covering tube outside diameters of 12.7 mm / 12.7–16 mm / 16–21 mm / 20–25 mm respectively. Socket combined wall thickness must not exceed 1.6 mm; butt-joint wall thickness must not exceed 1.6 mm. Minimum centre distances are 38/38/54/60 mm for U12/U16/U21/U25 respectively; clearance radius and tube straight-length requirements are checked separately. FYID-Feiyide FXM-G219 with FXM50 Pro All-Position MIG MAG Pipe Welding System
Track-type automatic all-position pipe girth welding system using MIG/MAG/FCAW processes. Current designation FXM-G219 (G219), paired with the FXM50 Pro power source. Pipe outside diameter from 219 mm; wall thickness 5–100 mm, with welding procedure and configuration confirmed for the actual joint. Power-source current range 10–500 A, three-phase 400 V with -15% to +20% input tolerance, 50/60 Hz. Rated duty cycle 500 A at 60% and 390 A at 100%. Process recipes can be stored and recalled.
