FYID-Feiyide FXT20 C-Series Enclosed Orbital TIG Tube Welding System
Standard C5/C10/C40/C80/C120/C170 heads cover tube outside diameters from 6.35 to 168 mm depending on the selected head. Wall-thickness limits depend on the head: C5 0.5–1.5 mm, C10 0.5–2.0 mm, C40 0.5–2.5 mm, and C80/C120/C170 0.5–3.0 mm. The FXT20 power source uses single-phase 220 V ±10%, 50/60 Hz, with 5–200 A output. The power source is air-cooled; C5 is air-cooled, while C10/C40/C80/C120/C170 use water cooling. Parameter printing and USB data export are standard power-source capabilities; exported fields and format depend on the supplied software version. Pulsed TIG system for welding stainless-steel heat-exchanger U-tubes to straight tubes. Current head models: U12/U16/U21/U25, covering tube outside diameters of 12.7 mm / 12.7–16 mm / 16–21 mm / 20–25 mm respectively. Socket combined wall thickness must not exceed 1.6 mm; butt-joint wall thickness must not exceed 1.6 mm. Minimum centre distances are 38/38/54/60 mm for U12/U16/U21/U25 respectively; clearance radius and tube straight-length requirements are checked separately. Track-type automatic all-position pipe girth welding system using MIG/MAG/FCAW processes. Current designation FXM-G219 (G219), paired with the FXM50 Pro power source. Pipe outside diameter from 219 mm; wall thickness 5–100 mm, with welding procedure and configuration confirmed for the actual joint.
